A growing listening audience has been tuning in since KJMJRadio.com hit the airwaves in the summer of 2015, continuing his production of “The Wonderful World of Jazz” which aired for six (6) years on Dallas, TX-based KEBNRadio.com.
For years air travelers enjoyed his talents as the voice of Jazz for Continental Airlines on “The Jazz Beat” program and Copa Airlines “World of Jazz.” The smooth, resonating voice and indepth knowledge of jazz has earned James Janisse the role and respect as one of the most prominent MC’s and announcers for live jazz and blues events in Southern California. From the festival and club scene to corporate voiceovers, if it’s related to jazz and blues, he’s regarded as a master at the microphone live or in studio. He developed a loyal fan base during his tenure as an on-air personality with radio station KKJZ, 88.1FM from 1992 to 2006. |
